betn Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betn platform, available at betn.bio, including all betting markets, casino games, crash games, slots, promotions and any other features offered through the platform. betn is an online betting and casino platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and betn. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

betn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication at betn.bio. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure they remain familiar with the current version.

To open and maintain an account on the betn platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betn strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) opening an account for your personal use only.
• You must not have previously been excluded, banned or suspended from the betn platform for any reason.
• You must register using your own true personal details. You must not impersonate any other person or provide false information during registration.
• You must hold a valid mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) registered in your own name for the purpose of making deposits and withdrawals.

betn reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these eligibility criteria at the time of discovery, including accounts that were opened with inaccurate information. Any balance held in an ineligible account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable policies, and no bonus funds will be paid out from such accounts under any circumstances.

To use betn's betting and gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process and open a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• Each individual player may hold only one (1) account on the betn platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. betn will not be responsible for losses arising from a failure by you to keep your login details secure.
• You must notify betn immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. betn may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
• betn may, at its sole discretion, require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification from any player at any time. KYC verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of your registered mobile wallet.
• betn accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account, your account balance, or any rights associated with your account to any third party.

betn will communicate with registered players primarily via the contact details provided at registration. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. betn cannot be held responsible for communications that fail to reach you as a result of outdated contact information held on your account.

All financial transactions on the betn platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. betn does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit on your account. betn does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Any bonus funds on which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• betn aims to process withdrawal requests within 60 seconds of approval for standard mobile wallet withdrawals. Processing times may vary depending on the mobile wallet provider and network conditions. betn is not responsible for delays caused by mobile network operators or third-party payment processors.
• betn may place a hold on deposits or withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering. In such cases betn will notify the player and provide reasonable guidance on the steps required to resolve the hold.

All deposits are immediately available for wagering upon confirmation of receipt. Deposits are not interest-bearing. betn will not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but players should verify whether their mobile wallet provider applies a service fee on outgoing transfers.

betn offers various promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions. The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the betn platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. betn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus found to have been claimed multiple times by the same player or household.
• betn reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account, if betn determines that the promotion has been exploited, abused or claimed in breach of the promotion terms.
• Bonuses will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms unless explicitly stated as cash prizes.

betn's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who disagree with a bonus decision are welcome to contact the support team, but betn's determination on the application of promotion terms is conclusive and binding.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the betn platform. Specific game rules, bet limits and payout structures are published within the relevant game or betting market interface:

• All bets are final once confirmed. betn does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system. Players should review their bet details carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or incomplete game round, betn reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Voided bets will not be subject to wagering requirement contribution.
• betn displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. betn reserves the right to apply individual player limits at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse or advantage play.
• Live casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. The rules of individual live dealer games are governed by those studios and are displayed within the game interface. betn is not responsible for errors or interruptions in live game streams caused by third-party studio infrastructure.

betn is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. The platform supports responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool helps players maintain awareness of how long they are spending on the platform during any single visit.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period of between 1 month and 5 years, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and the player will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic reality-check notifications that display the amount of time they have spent on the platform during the current session, helping them make an informed decision about whether to continue playing.

All players must be 21 years of age or older. betn does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. If you believe your account details may have become accessible to a minor, you must contact betn support immediately and change your password. betn encourages all players to seek help if gambling is having a negative impact on their life or the lives of those around them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account on the betn platform, including through the use of another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including to place bets, claim bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through chip dumping, match fixing or coordinated betting strategies.
• Making deposits using a mobile wallet account that is not registered in your own name, or using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software vulnerability or pricing error on the betn platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of an error are void and will be recovered from the player's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point during account registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with betn, including support communications.

betn monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended or closed without notice. betn reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any account balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds, where prohibited conduct is established.

betn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct or submission of false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from betn.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. betn will make reasonable efforts to notify the player by their registered contact details prior to closing an inactive account.
• betn's assessment that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players or third parties, including in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be forfeited at betn's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct (such as inactivity), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet following completion of identity verification.

All content on the betn platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of betn or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit in any commercial manner any content from the betn platform without the prior written consent of betn. Unauthorised use of betn's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable laws and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betn's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• betn is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, special, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, whether such loss was foreseeable or not.
• betn is not liable for any interruption to the platform's availability, including interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party provider outages, internet connectivity issues or any event outside of betn's reasonable control.
• betn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betn's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by betn's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

betn collects, stores and processes personal data provided by players during registration and throughout their use of the platform. betn is committed to handling all personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. All personal data is processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. betn does not sell or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering an account and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

betn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the betn platform with an updated effective date. betn will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via the contact details held on their accounts, but it is each player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the betn platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting betn support.
